Refund policy

At Noah’s Ark Warehouse, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. All items are carefully inspected and packed to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a credit, subject to the terms below.

✅ Return Authorization Required

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. To request a return, you must:

  • Notify us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date
  • Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our team
  • Return the item(s) within 30 days of the invoice date

Returns without an RMA or outside of the allowed timeframes will not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Prepackaged bundles or kits must be returned with all components intact
  • Returns must be clearly labeled with the issued RMA number
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or incur a higher restocking fee

💵 Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum $25)
  • Return shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will ship a replacement at our expense and guide you through the return process.

⏳ Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. We will send a confirmation email once your return is completed.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds (less restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card provider
